PROFESSIONAL SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION: 
Vivid Diamond & Design is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Jewelry Sales Associate.  Candidates must possess GIA credentials, demonstrating expertise in gold, platinum, diamonds and colored gemstones.  Associates provide our customer guidance in selection of custom tailored jewelry and showcased pieces as well.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS:
Sales Associate are tasked with processing sales transactions, ensuring accurate execution of all cash register/inventory management procedures.  Position requires professional presentation of jewelry pieces, and delivery of optimal customer experience.  Conducting minor repairs and cleaning of client goods, in order to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
Associates guide customers in selecting jewelry that aligns with their unique needs and preferences. Assisting in jewelry design, with regard to materials, price detail and customer care.  Competency in jewelry repair/pricing is also required. 
Exceptional communication skills are necessary for client interaction.  Position requires ability to relay clear explanation of jewelry repair/design instructions and provide precise cost estimates.

Jewelry sales professionals must remain vigilant and knowledgeable concerning essential safety protocols to always safeguard themselves and clients.
