Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager leads all quality programs, testing processes, and compliance efforts for the design and production of lifts. This role ensures products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal performance expectations while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.


This position works a Monday- Thursday 10 hour day shift position with salary BOE and full benefits package offered

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field or 5+ years in a quality leadership role within manufacturing (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery preferred).
• Experience with mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems and welded steel assemblies.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ALI/ETL lift standards, and general safety regulations.
• Proficiency with quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, CAPA, control plans).
• Demonstrated success leading quality teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with automated testing systems or non-destructive testing (ultrasonic, magnetic particle).
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and digital quality tracking tools.
