Apply Category: Engineering & Scientific, Quality Job Title: Quality Control Technician Location: Atlanta, GA 30313 Duration: 12 Months Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Job Summary Support the Quality Management System (QMS) by performing product testing, reviewing production documentation, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with GMP and GLP standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct product testing to support complaint investigations and stability verification. Generate product testing reports.

Review production and finished goods batch records (DHRs) for accuracy and completeness. Identify, document, and ensure resolution of deviations prior to product approval. Conduct spot-check inspections and production audits.

Participate in internal audit programs. Write, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support document control, record retention, and sample retention activities.

Process returned instruments, including logging, decontamination, inspection, documentation, and preparation for repair. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Preferred Experience At least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience in the medical device industry. Key Skills Product Testing Batch Record (DHR) Review GMP & GLP Compliance SOP Documentation Internal Auditing Attention to Detail Documentation & Record Management Computer Skills Database software Inventory software Spreadsheet software Microsoft Word Internet applications Other Requirements Ability to accurately follow procedures and document results.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to identify deviations. Ability to use bleach for cleaning purposes. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
