Job Schedule: 4/10 (Mon-Thurs): Employees will work 10 hour days, 4 days per weekย 

Job Description:ย 

  • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analysesย 

  • Collaborate with both internal (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) as well as external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and are being properly executedย 

  • Determineย root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications and implement effective corrective action as neededย ย 

  • Write inspection procedures andย assistย in reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections and obtaining proper product dispositionsย ย 

  • Analyze quality performance for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans forย identifiedย problem areasย ย 

  • Serve as primary customer Quality interface which may include having to conduct customer business briefingsย 

ย Qualifications:ย 

  • To be eligable, applicants must be pursuing a master's degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field or have completed their masterโ€™s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age. ย ย
