OVERVIEW:

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate to join our distribution center team in Fort Worth, TX for 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 4:00PM to 2:30AM).

Hourly Rate: $18.60/hr + $1.00 extra/hr

Quality Control Associate Teammates at the DICK'S Sporting Goods Distribution Center conducts audits in order to ensure accuracy & compliance throughout the processing & support areas of the distribution center. They are responsible for chargebacks and capturing vendor errors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Verifies that MHE label application is correct to standards

  • Audits outbound processing totes for accuracy

  • Completes carton audits at shipping to identify correct pallet placement & store location

  • Complete trailer audits

  • Audit OSO packets to ensure correct paperwork is being provided to Receiving. Audit back stock locations to ensure correct product is in location. Audit store to store transfers to ensure correct product is being transferred

  • Search building for vendor compliance issues

  • Other audits & duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

  • Willing to be certified on equipment, based on location

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull & lift cartons/bins weighing up to 50 lbs. repetitively

  • Must feel comfortable reporting errors to department Supervisor (interact & defend position)

  • Proficient in WMS, PMMS
