Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee plant operations, ensure quality control, and contribute to improving overall plant efficiency through hands-on involvement and problem-solving. You will work closely with a larger team in a fast-paced environment, supporting both daytime and night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment
  • Log and record equipment readings and procedural data
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout production
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently within the production process

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in plant operations or related fields
  • Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
