Job description

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is excited to announce an opening for a Warehouse QC Associate. As a family-owned staffing company, we are committed to connecting talented individuals with reputable businesses. The Warehouse QC Associate will be responsible for performing quality control tasks within the warehouse, including inspecting incoming and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with company quality standards, managing inventory accuracy, and assisting with general labor tasks such as labeling, picking, and packing.


Location: Virginia Beach Diamond Springs Road Industrial Park.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform regular audits and counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or quality issues to management.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials.
  • Carry out general labor tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
  • Perform QC orders, labeling, and item selection/packing as required.
  • Manage other shipping and receiving operational requests as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized quality control area.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in quality control, labor, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and manage warehouse items as needed.
