How You'll Make an Impact
  • Perform inspections on raw materials, fabricated components, and sub-assemblies.
  • Conduct electrical, mechanical, and visual tests to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and document defects, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement by analyzing recurring defects.
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
  • Associate degree in Welding or Mechanical Technology OR High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in fabrication and painting processes.
  • Certified Welding Inspector (AWS) and ASNT NDT Level II VT preferred.
  • Strong understanding of welding procedures and NDT methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP ERP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D fabrication drawings and technical data.
