Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a QA Lead to manage and execute testing processes for software projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software QA, particularly in E-Commerce applications, and will be responsible for leading a small QA team and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
• Come up with test scenarios, test cases, test scripts for the identified requirements of the project
• Execute the identified test cases and generate test execution reports
• Should be able to write E2E QA strategy, lead the test execution and defect reporting from offshore
• Walkthrough QA Strategy, test cases to client and incorporate feedback received
• Generate defect reports, drive defect triage calls
• Independently able to manage Jira and Confluence as tools used for execution, reporting etc
• Independently interact with the client and internal teams (onshore and offshore) to deliver the QA scope identified for the project and take the project to production
Qualifications:
Required:
• Manual test engineers with 6 + years of experience.
• Good understanding of Merchandizing, Checkout Process and online Payments processes.
• Candidate should be comfortable testing Mobile based apps across different OS.
• Test lead who has experience leading a small team with an offshore component.
• Experience in testing large E-Commerce apps like Apple.com / Amazon.com / Walmart.com.
• 5 or more years of professional work experience in software QA or engineering.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to autonomously solve problems, as well as collaborate with direct and extended teams.
• Experience in functional & integration testing of Web, iOS, OS X, and backend services.
• Experience in leading QA team.
• Knowledge of SQL, DBMS.
• Knowledge of automation, web services validation.
• Come up with test scenarios, test cases, test scripts for the identified requirements of the project.
• Execute the identified test cases and generate test execution reports.
• Should be able to write E2E QA strategy, lead the test execution and defect reporting from offshore.
