Job description


Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial QC inspection experience.
  • Previous turnaround experience in refineries, petrochemical facilities, LNG plants, power plants, or related industrial environments.
  • Experience supporting mechanical, piping, welding, and pressure testing activities.

Technical Experience Should Include Several of the Following:
  • Weld visual inspection and weld repair tracking.
  • Piping fabrication, installation, testing, and final turnover inspections.
  • Pressure vessel, exchanger, tower, mechanical connections and rotating equipment inspections.
  • Review and verification of material traceability documentation and MTRs.
  • Inspection report preparation and turnover package documentation.
  • Familiarity with hydrostatic and pneumatic testing activities.

Knowledge Requirements:
  • ASME Section VIII fundamentals.
  • ASME B31.3 piping requirements.
  • Welding symbols, fabrication drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs.
  • Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation requirements.

Preferred Certifications:
  • AWS CWI
  • ASNT Level II VT, PT, or MT
  • API 510 or API 570
  • TWIC Card
