Job description

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Field Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee roofing projects from completion through final quality approval. In this role, you'll ensure every project meets our workmanship standards, provide exceptional customer service, and manage post-installation processes including warranties, job closeouts, and chargebacks. You'll serve as the primary field representative during final inspections, ensuring every homeowner receives a high-quality finished product.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct final quality inspections on completed roofing projects.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners during final walkthroughs.
  • Verify workmanship meets company and manufacturer quality standards.
  • Identify and coordinate corrections before project completion.
  • Document completed work with photos and maintain accurate project records.
  • Manage and coordinate warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Close completed jobs by verifying all required documentation, inspections, and customer approvals are complete.
  • Investigate and process chargebacks, documenting findings and coordinating resolutions with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and service departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Monitor job site cleanliness, safety, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with municipal or insurance inspections when required.

  • 45K to 60K salary (based on experience) + incentive plan.
