Program sites include JBAB, Annapolis Junction, MD, and future Landover, MD; final worksite depends on responsibilities/program need.

Position Summary
Advises the program on quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement in a technical, high-security environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, improve, assess, and audit quality processes for technical or mission-focused program activities.
Track team projects and quality-related actions.
Track and support the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Apply quality frameworks and process-improvement principles, including ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean/Six Sigma.
Provide clear quality, process, documentation, and advisory support to program stakeholders.
Support mission-assurance, risk, compliance, and process-improvement activities in a fast-paced classified environment.
Required Qualifications
Current/active TS/SCI clearance.
Experience in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience developing, improving, and auditing quality processes in technical or mission-focused programs.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Lean Six Sigma certification, Green Belt or higher.
Prior experience supporting government or Intelligence Community programs.
Excellent communication, documentation, and advisory skills.
Level 3 guidance: generally 5-8 years with a BS/BA, 3-5 years with an MS/MA, or 0-2 years with a PhD.
