Job description

  • Oversee the quality of project delivery (Delivery QA), ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as quality reviews for strategic projects.
  • Identify root causes of quality deviations and lead corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure quality from the proposal stage.
  • Participate in defining QA processes and methodologies applicable to different business units.
  • Support the implementation of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
  • Represent the QA function in monitoring committees, performance reviews, and strategic planning.
