As a quality assurance assistant, your duties and responsibilities vary, depending on the company and the industry. For example, in manufacturing, you may assist in overseeing the entire production process to ensure quality control at every stage. Software development quality assurance assistants collaborate with testers and quality control (QC) staff once the development stage is complete.
