The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 - $22/h. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, location and education.
Job Summary:
Performs recordkeeping and reporting of tasks to meet 3PL client expectations. Assists with documentation and review of inspection records and basic quality assurance activities to support compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
Job Description:
  • Accurately records product holds, releases, and maintains quality documentation in applicable systems (WMS, ERP, or paper records) to ensure that non-conforming products are placed on hold in accordance with SOPs.
  • Supports the identification and segregation of nonconforming materials, ensuring proper labeling and handling in accordance with SOPs.
  • Assists with maintaining organized records, logs, and sample history files. (ex. Training records, temperature excursions, housekeeping logs, etc...)
  • Enters and maintains data in spreadsheets or systems to support quality reporting and analysis.
  • Follows all applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Escalates quality issues or product discrepancies to senior quality staff or QA management.
  • Supports general quality system activities, including audits, documentation updates, housekeeping of inspection areas, and document training completion.
  • Performs basic product documentation audits to ensure that inspection records are in accordance with approved specifications and the Device Master Record (DMR).
  • Conducts routine checks of finished goods and/or raw materials following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Works well with others in a team environment, is a positive contributor to all team goals, and meets or exceeds efficiency and throughput standards.

Qualifying Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree a plus)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or inspection role
  • Basic understanding of quality concepts
  • Attention to detail required
  • Ability to follow written procedures and instructions accurately
  • Basic computer skills; however, intermediate Excel and data entry experience required
  • Good communication and organizational skills
