Job description

Job Title: Quality InspectorJob Description

The Quality Inspector sits at the end of an assembly line and works closely with machine operators to ensure every product meets established quality standards. In this role, you perform visual inspections, package and palletize finished goods, and coordinate with shipping to move products efficiently through the production process. You will primarily perform seated, repetitive tasks while rotating between different assembly and operating lines as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed visual inspections of products at the end of the assembly line to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Partner closely with machine operators throughout the shift to monitor product quality and address any issues promptly.
  • Package finished products, including taping and securing items, to ensure they are ready for shipment.
  • Palletize products accurately and safely, organizing them for efficient transfer to shipping.
  • Collaborate with shippers to coordinate the movement of finished goods from production to the shipping area.
  • Move between different assembly and operating lines as needed to support production and maintain consistent quality.
  • Maintain focus and accuracy while performing seated, repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Follow all established manufacturing, quality control, and safety procedures while working on the production floor.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by communicating clearly with operators, shippers, and other team members.

Pay and Benefits
