Job Description
The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting quality, environmental, health, safety, and operational activities. This role assists with compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. In resolving quality-related issues, this position oversees and coordinates assigned quality processes, drives continuous improvement initiatives, analyzes performance metrics, and works with cross-functional teams. The role guides team members while elevating the company's culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support and maintain the Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Coordinate the overall HW & SW validation, system validation, and system Qualification tests of the various products developed and databases associated with the manufacturing application Lancuer.
  • Participate in internal, external, and compliance audits, ensuring effective document control and record management as required.
  • Support operations with workplace safety programs through operational lead risk assessments and hazard identification.
  • Support problem-solving activities through analyzing quality and operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and support root cause investigations utilizing CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D methodologies.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including First Pass Yield (FPY), scrap, rework, defects, productivity, and safety metrics.
  • Familiar with SQL database construction, application, and maintenance.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • 2 -5 years of experience in an ISO environment
  • Microsoft Suite Experience
  • Strong Strategic and Communication Skills, and process-oriented
  • Aptitude to work with technical partners and stakeholders.
  • Competent with SQL database construction, application, and maintenance.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously.
  • Must be result-driven.
  • This position is an on-site position.

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Database maintenance, testing, and deployment experience
  • PC desktop and network knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other business intelligence tools preferred.
