RH is seeking an Outlet Quality Associate to join our team in executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Outlet. They will work in close partnership with the Outlet Team to ensure all maintenance needs are met and are held to RH standards.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations
  • Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all facility areas, including the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
  • Minimize operational disruptions through effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements
