Location:Fort Wayne, IN

Shift: 1st (Mon-Fri), 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Associate's Degree and 4+ years of experience

Job Description

Support the implementation of a Paperless Manufacturing Execution System (MES) by updating quality documentation, aligning command media with digital workflows, and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to support process standardization, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and deployment of the Paperless MES.

  • Review, update, and maintain work instructions, procedures, and command media.

  • Align documentation with new digital workflows and MES functionality.

  • Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to validate processes.

  • Support document control, change management, and process improvement activities.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience.

  • Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining controlled documents.

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), document control, and change management processes.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to translate process and system changes into clear documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting MES implementations.

  • Experience in manufacturing, quality, aerospace, or defense environments.

  • Familiarity with digital work instructions, electronic batch records, or similar systems.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.

  • Experience with Aegis FactoryLogix.

  • Background in Quality Engineering disciplines.

Education

  • Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and 4 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
