What you’ll do
  • Lead customer complaint investigations, partnering with manufacturing, R7D, sales customer service, and technical teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and meet quality KPI's.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for customers by conducting audits, troubleshooting, product demonstrations, and on-site visits to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Manage site quality programs, including Supplier Quality Control (SQC), product adjustments, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce quality costs and enhance operational performance.
  • Oversee customer sample testing activities, interpret results, and communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver technical training and coaching for customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners while collaborating closely with Quality, Marketing, Product Development, and innovation teams.
  • Lead internal quality audits (LPA, GMP, and product audits), drive corrective actions to closure, and maintain expertise in quality systems and databases such as SAP, LIMS, and SmartFactory.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or within a relevant Science discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, quality, or technical operations environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO/QS standards and quality methodologies, including Six Sigma, 8D, and A3 problem-solving tools.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and resolving complex plant manufacturing issues.
  • Experience with laboratory systems, database management, and quality systems; SAP, Thermo Fisher SampleManager, and cGMP experience preferred.
  • Adhesives, sealants, or coatings industry experience preferred; occasional travel required.

Thesalary range for this role is $115000.00 and $125000.00. This range represents thegood‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting.In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
