Location: Detroit, MI
Shift: 1st

Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with a passion for quality and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Quality Specialist to support manufacturing operations by performing inspections, verifying product quality, and ensuring products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and company standards.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Perform incoming, first article, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Verify products meet engineering drawings and customer specifications.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, profilometers, gauges, and tape measures.
  • Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Issue and manage NCRs.
  • Participate in CAPA and root cause analysis.
  • Support ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Partner with production to resolve quality issues.
  • Perform outbound dock audits.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years manufacturing quality experience.
  • Blueprint reading.
  • Precision measuring experience.
