Canoco Group Ltd. is currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team for upcoming work. We are looking for skilled, reliable individuals who are available to start immediately.


Position Responsibilities


  • Perform concrete finishing, placing, leveling, and smoothing
  • Operate hand and power tools used in concrete finishing
  • Ensure concrete surfaces meet required specifications and quality standards
  • Assist with concrete preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing activities
  • Complete edging, floating, troweling, brooming, and other finishing techniques
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company and site safety policies and procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced construction environment


Qualifications & Experience


  • Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher is required
  • Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and equipment
  • Experience working on industrial, commercial, or civil construction projects is considered an asset
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Valid safety tickets and site certifications are considered an asset
