ROLE OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Service Department is looking for individuals to help work in our Warehouse, Bullfrog's service team is growing at a fast pace. We are looking for individuals to help keep up with demand, individuals that are highly motivated and ready to learn a new trade. Experience with power, circuit boards, plumbing, and any other hot tub related skills preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate a forklift
  • Follow written instructions
  • Operation of general hand tools
  • Clean interior and exterior of spas and install aftermarket accessories
  • All spas must have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality
  • Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell
  • Pull and load show spas and POS material
  • Assist service and delivery team when needed
  • Assist Sales team when needed
  • Spa repair both major and minor
  • Rework the spas, fix any problems such as changing out parts, motors, heaters, lights, etc. and fixing leaks. Making sure the repairs are held to the current standards
  • General housekeeping
  • Data entry
  • Work well with other team members
  • All other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common customer information
  • Ability to read service manuals
  • Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Able to Push or pull 50-115lbs without complications
  • Pass a forklift operations program

• Experience in Pools and Spa repairs

• Mechanically inclined
• Valid drivers with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in hot temperatures
