Custodial Supervisor

Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodial Supervisor to our team at a busy community and recreation facility near the West Maple Road corridor in West Bloomfield Township. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying involved in daily operations, and taking pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment.

The Custodial Supervisor will help guide the cleaning team, monitor quality, and support the day-to-day needs of an active facility used by staff, program participants, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is approachable, organized, and ready to lead by example.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support assigned custodial employees
  • Assign work and monitor cleaning quality
  • Assist with routine custodial duties as needed
  • Help maintain supplies, equipment, and safe work practices
  • Communicate staffing, service, or facility concerns to management
