Job Description: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary:

Assist the oversight of Quality Assurance and or reviews and develop and execute exploratory, manual, and automated testing to ensure service quality in the logistics operations. This position will ensure the accuracy and quality of operational procedures with a focus on automation technology.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and maintain documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and visuals.

    Assists in the creation and structure testing and verification procedures for automation in the logistics operations.

    Audit workflows and documentation of automation process results are maintained.

    Review internal customer feedback, research problem areas, and introduce solutions.

    Collaborates with teams and subject matter experts to ensure customer and department quality requirements are met.

    Maintains database(s) of use cases related to automation in Operations.

    Tracks process flow from origin to delivery via Transportation Management System.

    Responsible for completing certifications for security and sustainability as required. To include maintaining a system of documentation.

    Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and control logistics operations and processes.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience:
