  • This role involves engaging with prospects via multiple channels, building relationships, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead qualification processes, messaging, and outreach strategies. Additionally, the specialist tracks and analyzes lead activity using CRM tools, implements A/B testing to refine tactics, and integrates AI and automation technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to meet specific criteria before passing them to sales.
    • Engage with potential leads via email, phone, or social media to gather information and qualify interest.
    • Build relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges and offering relevant solutions.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to target accounts and use personalized outreach tactics.
