Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations with a strong focus on PLM for Process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation programs, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across the entire implementation lifecycle.

This role requires a seasoned program manager with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and end-to-end program execution while collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, Oracle implementation partners, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM programs, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM for Process implementation across all project phases including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, testing, cutover, hypercare, and production support transition.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams including business, IT, Oracle implementation partners, integration, data migration, testing, change management, and training teams.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including executive steering committee meetings, status reporting, RAID logs, risk management, issue tracking, decision logs, and action item management.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to define product lifecycle management strategies, implementation roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Oversee solution design discussions involving Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM modules including Product Development, Product Hub, Change Management, Product Structures, Lifecycle Management, and Quality/Compliance.
  • Ensure successful integration across Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, ERP, SCM, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Analytics, and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, business readiness assessments, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate program risks, issues, and dependencies to executive leadership.
  • Support organizational change management, user training, adoption planning, hypercare governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, PMO standards, and enterprise delivery methodologies.
