PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 as a 5 truck operation. In our 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,500 trailers. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers and we believe that starts with having exceptional employees who are passionate about their work. Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company, but we still maintain that "small town feel" and community here at PAM.

About this opportunity

Truck drivers are the backbone of our company and in this position you will be among the first to work with our new drivers and represent PAM Transport in helping them start a new career!

Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $40,000 - $45,000

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

  • Verifying past employment to ensure accurate representation by the candidates
  • Request and acquire motor vehicle records and criminal reports to ensure that we hire new drivers who fit our requirements
  • Communicate with new drivers and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain and update multiple Excel spreadsheets for accurate record keeping and awareness of where candidates are in the hiring process
