We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to actively seek out and engage customer prospects for our growing business. The ideal candidate would have B2B experience with signage, graphics, and/or printing related products and services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Present, promote, and sell sign and graphics products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  2. Produce estimates for delivery to customers
  3. Coordinate project deliverables to internal stakeholders and vendors
  4. Work with team to deliver high quality products/services
  5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  6. Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  7. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  8. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  9. Strategic Input for Sales Improvement: Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  10. Keep abreast of best sales practices

Requirements:
  1. Proven work experience as a sales representative
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
  3. Familiarity with CRM practices
  4. Ability to work independently toward agreed upon goals and objectives
  5. Ability to build productive business and professional relationships
  6. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  7. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  8. Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  9. Possess valid Drivers License and Proof of insurance with a commercial use rider. Must also have a reliable vehicle.

Compensation: Negotiable combination of base salary plus commission structure

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
