Qsp Jobs in Arizona (NOW HIRING)

Seeking full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist to care for both pediatric and adult patients at Tucson Medical Center and Rincon Surgery Center. This position can be W2 or 1099.

• Care Team Model: Physicians perform approximately 60% solo cases and provide CRNA Medical Direction on 40% of cases (1:3 ratio)
• 33 total anesthetizing locations; 26 General ORs & 7 ORs dedicated for Cardiac, Peds and OB/Epidurals.
• Cases includes ENT, General, GI, GYN, Neuro, Surgical Oncology, Ophthalmology, Oral/Max, Orthopedics, Plastics, Pediatrics, Urology, and Major Vascular.
• Opportunity to expand clinical skills with ASA 4/5 cases: 10-OR orthopedic surgical floor with extensive opportunities for neuraxial anesthesia and all peripheral nerve blocks.
• Full Time employment is considered 42 weeks/year: 40-hrs/week. (Mon-Fri) (8, 10, or 12-hr. day shifts); option to expand base salary with addition and optional commitments.
• W2 Physicians are extended guaranteed pay for the entire shift scheduled, despite that OR time may end earlier.

Required Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Active Arizona medical license & DEA (or eligible to obtain)

• QSP (Quality Service Performance) metrics pay is based on metrics established annually and is paid monthly
• IES is an independent physician-owned group based in Dallas, Texas
