Bilingual Hospitality Ambassador
Foodland Markets Bringing Joy to Every Aisle
Part Time Peak Hours (4 to 8 PM Saturday Thru Wednesday)
Bilingual English Spanish Required

A high visibility role that brings the heart of Foodland to life making every shopping trip easier, friendlier and more memorable. Our Hospitality Ambassadors stay active in the aisles offering genuine support to customers and teammates alike while sparking those small moments of joy that help everyone feel welcome valued, and seen. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers throughout the store in both English and Spanish
  • Help shoppers quickly locate products and navigate the store
  • Share savings, promotions, and loyalty program benefits
  • Show customers how to scan QR codes for deals
  • Create family friendly moments (balloon animals, magic tricks, kids prizes)
  • Keep the front end clean tidy and welcoming
  • Maintain carts, baskets, signage, fast lane coolers, displays
  • Take photos for in store marketing as directed

Requirements

  • Comfortable interacting with customers of all ages
  • Basic comfort with smartphones/tablets (QR codes photos)
  • Reliable and punctual, and able to work independently and with others
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
