Job description

Job Title: AI QE Manager

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite – 5 days a week)

10+ years overall (minimum 5 years in AI/ML and GenAI)

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, async programming, RESTful APIs).
  • Proven experience in AI/ML pipelines – data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Must have hands-on with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Neo4j, Bedrock, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience implementing the RAG pipelines - Knowledge Management with vector databases, embeddings, Graphs.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering, optimisation and fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with Graph databases (Neo4j) or agent-based architectures.
  • Architect and code in Python for scalable, reusable, and high-performing systems.
  • Strong grounding in software quality engineering concepts and automation frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud(AWS) deployment.
  • Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and solutioning skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Playwright/Selenium-based test automation frameworks.
  • Prior experience in product.

Job Duties

  • Lead QA team members by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing guidance, mentorship without direct supervisory responsibilities.
  • Define and implement robust QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and scalable automation scripts to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of software products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of various testing types including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, while adhering to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as development, product management, and operations to identify, analyse, and resolve defects effectively, ensuring smooth delivery cycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and upgrading testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
  • Prepare and present detailed QA metrics, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders, providing insights into quality trends, defect analysis, and overall product health.
  • Manage risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address potential quality issues, ensuring product stability and customer satisfaction.
