Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Program & Delivery Leadership
• Own end-to-end delivery of the QCC & E2E Testing Program across multiple workstreams, applications, and releases.
• Define and govern the overall QCC and E2E test strategy, operating model, and roadmap aligned to business and regulatory objectives.
• Drive release readiness, go-live sign-offs, and production risk assessments for major enterprise releases.
• Provide executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risks, dependencies, and remediation plans.
Quality, Compliance & Controls (QCC)
• Ensure testing adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Establish strong quality governance, controls, traceability, and audit readiness across the test lifecycle.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to address findings, observations, and continuous improvement actions.
End-to-End (E2E) Testing Excellence
• Lead complex E2E testing cycles spanning upstream/downstream systems, third-party integrations, and data flows.
• Drive environment, data, and dependency readiness for E2E testing across programs.
• Ensure robust orchestration across Functional, System, Integration, UAT, ORT, Performance, and Regression testing. Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, program sponsors, and delivery leadership.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews for QCC & E2E testing.
• Manage multi-vendor and multi-partner testing landscapes, ensuring alignment and accountability. Agile / SAFe & Release Management
• Enable testing within Agile and SAFe delivery models including PI planning, ART coordination, and release trains.
• Partner closely with Release Train Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering leads to embed quality early.
• Drive shift-left, automation first, and continuous testing practices. People, Financial & Resource Management
• Lead large global teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore models.
• Own program-level staffing, ramp-up, demand vs capacity planning, and vendor consolidation.
• Manage budgets, productivity, utilization, and financial governance for the testing program.
Roles & Responsibilities
• The Program Director QCC & E2E Testing will lead large-scale Quality, Compliance & Controls (QCC) and End-to-End (E2E) testing programs across multiple business domains and applications. This role is responsible for defining the testing vision, governance, strategy, and execution across complex transformation initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, business readiness, and defect-free delivery across releases.
• The Program Director will serve as the single point of accountability for QCC & E2E testing outcomes, working closely with Client Stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Release, and Vendor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
