Effective communication with production and engineering teams also helps quickly resolve issues and maintain high-quality standards.

What are QC Techs?

QC Techs, or Quality Control Technicians, are professionals responsible for ensuring that products meet required quality standards before they reach customers. They perform inspections, tests, and measurements on materials and finished goods, document their findings, and report any defects or deviations.
