About the Role
Do you enjoy being in the field, identifying issues before they become costly problems, and helping teams deliver work that meets the highest standards? We're looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Quality Control Inspector / Lead to support quality inspections, testing activities, installation verification, and project readiness across complex construction and mission-critical projects.
In this role, you'll work closely with field teams, Foremen, Project Managers, and leadership to verify installation quality, identify deficiencies, maintain documentation accuracy, and support successful project turnover. You'll serve as a key field resource, helping ensure installations are completed correctly the first time while promoting consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
From inspections and testing through project closeout, you'll help maintain quality standards that directly impact customer satisfaction and project success.

What You Bring
  • 2-5+ years of experience supporting quality control, inspections, field operations, construction, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure projects
  • Working knowledge of quality assurance practices and inspection procedures
  • Understanding of low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and data center environments preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and technical documents
  • Experience using cable testing and certification tools (Fluke or similar preferred)
  • Familiarity with industry standards including BICSI, TIA/EIA, ANSI, or related standards preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify issues and implement effective corrective actions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Strong communication skills with field personnel and leadership teams
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities within fast-paced environments
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and support field teams effectively
  • Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and integrity
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications and project documentation systems
  • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and mobile field technology tools
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required; additional certifications or technical education preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
