CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.
Summary:
The Quality Control (QC) Manager oversees all quality assurance and control activities for overseas maintenance operations to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies and ISO standards. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the quality control program for an overseas facilities maintenance and repair operation.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) in compliance with contract, ISO, and company requirements.
  • Establish and oversee quality procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, testing, and documentation.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of facilities, equipment, and maintenance work to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Track and analyze non-conformance reports (NCRs), develop corrective and preventive actions, and verify their implementation.
  • Coordinate with the Safety Manager, Supervisors and Embassy personnel to identify deficiencies, hazards, opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment on quality expectations.
  • Lead internal quality audits and prepare detailed reports for management and customer representatives.
  • Lead root cause analyses for recurring quality issues and implement corrective action plans.
  • Interface with U.S. Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) and/or Government Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAEs) as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to supervisors and technicians on quality and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain all QC documentation, inspection records, and test reports in accordance with company and contract standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Support program start-up, mobilization, and demobilization efforts by validating readiness and conformance of systems and documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Supervise QC Inspectors.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ISO 9001, ASQ, or DoS quality standards
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems maintenance procedures.
  • Experience managing QC programs on O&M (Operations & Maintenance)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and performance work statements (PWS).
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CMMS systems, and QA tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills
  • Ability to travel overseas.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Facilities Management, or related field Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in quality management or maintenance program oversight (preferably in an overseas or government contract environment).

Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000.
