What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Inspect and audit precision parts to ensure they meet the highest standards
  • Handle delicate components with care, using your excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Stand, walk, and bend throughout your 12-hour shift while maintaining focus and accuracy
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed during your shift
  • Maintain a strong safety focus by wearing full PPE including steel toes, safety glasses, and gloves, and following detailed safety procedures
  • Support your team’s quality and production goals
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–5 years of experience in a quality control, auditing, or precision manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small and delicate parts
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the entire 12-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent safety awareness and willingness to follow all required protocols
  • Commitment to the specific Sunday–Tuesday night schedule
