Job Summary: We are looking for an Office Coordinator to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Office Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for our clinics and play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include providing administrative support, welcoming patients and guests, managing patient communications, and supporting efficient clinic operations. This position works collaboratively with providers and clinic staff to ensure a professional, patient-centered experience across assigned Colorado clinic locations.


Responsibilities:

· Possesses a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

·  Deals with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining clinic operations.

·  Ensures that all patients and guests are positively welcomed and receive an exceptional patient experience.

·  Executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.


Required Skills/Abilities:

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·  Excellent multitasking and stress management skills.

·  Excellent computer skills.

·  Experience with POS/payment processing systems preferred.

·  Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

·  Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

·  Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality while interacting with patients, visitors, & staff.

·  Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


Education and Experience:

·  Bachelors Degree and/or 5+ years of customer service/receptionist required

·  One (1) year of medical terminology experience preferred.

·  Sales background is a plus.

·  Experience in a clinic/patient setting preferred.
