A QC Consultant works closely with production and development teams to identify, analyze, and address quality-related issues in products or processes. Collaboration often involves reviewing documentation, participating in root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions. Regular meetings and open communication are key, as the consultant provides expert guidance while ensuring that all stakeholders understand and implement quality standards. · Understanding of process control fundamentals (PID control, loops, instrumentation)

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams

Senior Process Control Consultant

· 7+ years of experience in process control and industrial automation

· Advanced experience with DCS/PLC systems, including system architecture and integration

· Proven ability to lead control system design, implementation, and commissioning efforts

· Strong understanding of process dynamics, control strategies, and optimization techniques

· Experience working directly with clients and leading technical discussions preferred

· Ability to mentor junior engineers and consultants and provide technical leadership

Compensation & Salary Range
