Who You Are:

You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all areas of production -- including hardware, will call, shipping, and office operations. You'll work in alignment with our company's mission and values, helping us achieve exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting employees in improving processes and driving operational excellence.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conduct internal quality audits and inspections across all production departments.
  • Identify defects or deviations from standards and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Track and report inspections, customer rejects, and remakes.
  • Support compliance for vendor certifications, audits, and calibration programs.
  • Train and coach employees on quality and safety best practices in both English and Spanish.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and reporting hazards or incidents.
  • Other duties as required by the Safety/Quality Manager

Skills You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical certification preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality control, ideally in glass fabrication or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data entry and tracking systems.
