Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a QA ServiceNow Lead for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a Top-Tier Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. The salary range for this position is $140-$175K.
Summary:

In this high-visibility leadership role, you will establish a world-class QA practice from the ground up for an enterprise-scale environment. You will report to the Application Development Group Manager and lead cross-functional testing for highly complex modules like Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations, ensuring that critical compliance and audit workflows are bulletproof. If you are passionate about moving from manual testing to automated, continuous quality, this role offers the platform to innovate and influence our entire DevOps lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Define the overarching QA roadmap, managing a mix of manual, automation, and business testers to ensure end-to-end coverage
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex IRM/GRC workflows, including policy attestations, risk scoring, and vendor assessments
  • Build and maintain scalable automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF and other enterprise tools to accelerate release cycles
  • Lead triage meetings to identify, prioritize, and track defects, performing deep-dive root cause analysis to prevent escaped bugs in production
  • Coordinate testing for major platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with external systems like HRSD, ERPs, and Identity platforms
  • Establish quality KPIs-such as defect trends and test coverage-to provide stakeholders with data-driven confidence in release readiness
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in Software QA/Release Management, with at least 3+ years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise setting
  • 2+ years of experience as a QA lead, mentoring junior testers, and driving accountability across distributed technical groups
  • Proven experience testing ServiceNow IRM/GRC and CMDB/CSDM modules within highly regulated industries
  • Hands-on mastery of ServiceNow ATF, Jira/Azure DevOps, and API testing tools like Postman
  • Deep knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within Agile and CI/CD models
  • Experience leading Defect Triage meetings and influencing Product Owners and Architects to prioritize quality and technical debt reduction
  • Experience validating complex APIs and middleware connections between ServiceNow and third-party risk or identity providers
  • Pay rate range: $140000.00 - $175000.00 yearly.
