    Job Description
    • Lead and manage the firm's QA/QC processes.
    • Review projects, drawings, and documentation for quality and compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
    • Train and mentor architects, engineers, and project staff.
    • Identify process improvements and resolve quality issues.
    • Work closely with Principals, PMs, Architects, and Engineers.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
    • 10+ years AEC experience.
    • 5+ years QA/QC experience in Architecture or AEC.
    • Strong knowledge of architectural design, documentation, building codes, and standards.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
