Rôle et responsabilités :

Sous la supervision du directeur qualité, le/la responsable des documents qualité assure la gestion documentaire des inspections et la rédaction des rapports pour les clients du secteur hydro. Il/elle collabore avec les chargés de projets afin de garantir des documents clairs, conformes et bien archivés.

Le candidat sera notamment appelé à :
  • S’assurer du maintien de la documentation et du processus interne de qualité en lien avec les projets de construction, de fabrication et d’approvisionnement, plus spécifiquement en lien avec nos clients turbiniers pour le secteur hydro ;
  • Assembler et compléter les dossiers CQ clients en cours de projets;
  • Réaliser des audits internes afin de s'assurer que tout le personnel impliqué dans le contrôle qualité contribue à sa juste part;
  • S'assurer de la conformité des documents avec le manuel qualité, les procédures internes et celles du client pour chaque dossier;
  • Collaborer avec le directeur qualité et les autres intervenants afin de faire respecter les normes de qualité.
  • Organiser et classer la documentation qualité dans les systèmes internes et externes en respectant les exigences clients (papier et/ou numérique);
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour garantir que les informations et les rapports sont complets et précis;
  • Tenir à jour des tableaux de bord, registres et indicateurs de suivi des projets.

Qualification :
  • Formation pertinente en génie mécanique ou contrôle qualité;
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Excellente maitrise du français écrit;
  • Bonne maitrise de l’anglais (lecture et écriture);
  • Connaissance des outils de contrôle qualité dans un environnement manufacturier de mécanosoudé (un atout).
