About the Role The Goddard School is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Monitor to support our commitment to delivering a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early childhood education experience. In this role, you will assess program quality across classrooms and operations, ensuring compliance with Goddard's standards and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular observations and evaluations of classroom environments, teacher-child interactions, and curriculum delivery
  • Assess compliance with Goddard School standards, state licensing regulations, and health & safety protocols
  • Document findings and provide constructive, supportive feedback to teachers and school directors
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement; escalate concerns to regional or franchise leadership as needed
  • Assist in developing improvement plans and follow up on corrective actions
  • Participate in audits, accreditation preparation, and quality review meetings

Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
  • 1-2 years of childcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary
  • Must meet background check requirements
