Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO 9001 and applicable requirements.
  • Lead internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
  • Oversee quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory operations.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Investigate nonconforming materials, customer complaints, and process deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and customer requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with operations to improve process capability and product consistency.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, quality management, or process operations.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or projects
  • Experience with ISO 9001, quality auditing, SPC, and root cause analysis methodologies.
Preferred Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related technical discipline.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
  • Experience leading quality improvement initiatives in regulated manufacturing environments.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $95,000-$125,000.
