QA Director
Primary Location: Houston, Texas
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a QA Director for our premier client in Houston, Texas.
Education and Experience »
  • 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a QA Lead
  • Experience testing Payment Systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Adobe Commerce is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, defect management, and test management tools.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong hands-on QA experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) .

Leadership Expectations
  • Ability to contribute immediately with minimal or no knowledge transfer.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Confident and authoritative communication style.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end QA activities across enterprise applications.
  • Lead testing efforts across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
  • Provide technical leadership and make quality-related decisions independently.
  • Define and execute QA strategy, test planning, regression testing, and release validation.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Mentor QA engineers and establish QA best practices.
