What You'll Do

  • Lead plant quality assurance and food safety programs.
  • Manage audits, customer quality concerns, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with production and cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
  • Oversee supplier quality issues, claims management, mock recalls, and compliance activities.
  • Champion a strong culture of safety, quality, and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with GMP, HACCP, SQF, ISO, FSSC, or related quality systems preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 Compensation & Benefits

  • Hiring Salary Range: $96,000- 137,180 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
  • This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
