Summit Hill Foods is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager to lead our facility Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams.

This leadership role is responsible for driving food safety, quality, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while building and developing a high-performing team.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

โ€ข Lead Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams

โ€ข Oversee HACCP, SQF, food safety, quality, and sanitation programs

โ€ข Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, GMP, and customer requirements

โ€ข Serve as SQF Practitioner and Lead Auditor

โ€ข Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities

โ€ข Proactively address quality and food safety risks

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

โ€ข 3+ years of QA management experience in food processing

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for a portion of the degree

โ€ข HACCP, SQF Practitioner, and PCQI certifications

โ€ข Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

โ€ข Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
