QA- $18.50 - $19.88


Key Responsibilities:

· Conducts talent assessments to identify the skill gaps that exist among our current employees working within the QA function.

· Facilitates training sessions through applying various training methods which includes one-on-one coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring.

· Measures and evaluates training and facilitation methods to ensure effectiveness of the material being presented to employees.

· Conducts period audits to assess progress related to skills and knowledge of the employees working in the QA function.

· During audit inspections, documents and directly communicate any errors or performance gaps discovered immediately.

· Facilitate and or help with onboarding new temporary QA staff employed through the temporary agencies.

· Partners and collaborates with other team members to suggest new practices in training and facilitation methods.

· Observes established safe working and housekeeping procedures; promptly corrects hazardous situations.

· Follows all company policies, security protocols & procedures, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and ISO requirements.

· Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.


What We’re Looking For

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to read or understand information related to work activities.

· Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. Push, pull, lift or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionally, and up to 25 pounds frequently.

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time in accordance with the required schedule shift.
