Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Location: Clayton,NC
Duration: Long-term (possible conversion to full-time with Grifols in 2026)
Shift: Must be flexible for all shifts
Environment: Cold work environment – freezer gear provided

Job Summary:

We are hiring Quality Assurance Inspectors to support plasma shipment and production quality at the Plasma Logistics Center. This role ensures that all materials, shipments, and production batches meet customer and regulatory standards.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a cold environment while performing visual inspections and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and approve incoming plasma shipments and raw materials.

  • Review documentation to confirm specifications and report any non-conformance.

  • Approve production batches (PUs) and communicate adjustments when needed.

  • Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure correct packaging and labeling.

  • Document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions in the system.

  • Follow all SOPs and maintain accurate quality records.

  • Assist in revising quality procedures when required.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
