Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and successful interview

Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (day shift, Monday–Friday), OT sometimes on Saturdays

What’s a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You’ll be:

  • Inspecting finished product for defects and specification deviations, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintaining and documenting inspection results and records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Segregating non-conforming materials, performing touch-ups, and reporting on product beyond repair.
  • Communicating visual and dimensional quality standards and defects to line operators.
  • Following established company and legal safety regulations, contributing to a healthy work environment.
  • Analyzing customer drawings, prints, and specifications for finished product requirements.
  • Supporting the CARE values and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
