Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and successful interview
Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (day shift, Monday–Friday), OT sometimes on Saturdays

What’s a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You’ll be:
- Inspecting finished product for defects and specification deviations, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintaining and documenting inspection results and records for accuracy and compliance.
- Segregating non-conforming materials, performing touch-ups, and reporting on product beyond repair.
- Communicating visual and dimensional quality standards and defects to line operators.
- Following established company and legal safety regulations, contributing to a healthy work environment.
- Analyzing customer drawings, prints, and specifications for finished product requirements.
- Supporting the CARE values and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are proficient in geometric tolerances and quality standards/practices (must have).
- Possess strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Have proficiency in computer technology and MS Office applications (must have).
- Are able to distinguish colors and demonstrate dexterity for factory floor tasks.
- Can lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, stoop for extended periods.
- Can communicate professionally with executives, functional leaders, and production workers.
- Are committed to upholding quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
